2019-08-30	Allow custom spinner via config file	Paul Spooren
	Allows to set `ui.spinner=` to a string which is then split by `ui.spinner-delimiter=` (Default: comma) instead of having a hard coded animation. 	Many Drawable implementations have their own Invalidate and OnInvalidate functions, with an unexported onInvalidate field. However OnInvalidate and Invalidate are usually not called in the same goroutine.
