Split non-portable part off test 1133

Split off testing file names with double quotes into new test 1158.
Disable it for MSYS using a precheck as it doesn't support file names
with double quotes (but Cygwin does, for example).

Additional mime-specific tests.
Existing tests updated to reflect small differences (Expect: 100-continue,
data size change due to empty lines, etc).
Option -F headers= keyword added to tests.
test1135 disabled until the entry point order change is resolved.
New example smtp-mime.
Examples postit2 and multi-post converted from form API to mime API.

Not comma, which is an inconsistency and a mistake probably inherited
from the examples section of RFC1867.

This bug has been present since the day curl started to support
multipart formposts, back in the 90s.

formpost: support quotes, commas and semicolon in file names

- document the double-quote and backslash need be escaped if quoting.
- libcurl formdata escape double-quote in filename by backslash.
- curl formparse can parse filename both contains '"' and ',' or ';'.
- curl now can uploading file with ',' or ';' in filename.
