RELEASE-NOTES: Synced with d71ea7c01e
Additionally, updated "GSSAPI" to "GSS-API" for a Cmake related change as GSSAPI can be confused with the authentication mechanism rather than a GSS-API implementation library such as MIT or Heimdal.
