2009-01-28 | - Markus Moeller introduced two new options to libcurl: | Daniel Stenberg
CURLOPT_SOCKS5_GSSAPI_SERVICE and CURLOPT_SOCKS5_GSSAPI_NEC to allow libcurl to do GSS-style authentication with SOCKS5 proxies. The curl tool got the options called --socks5-gssapi-service and --socks5-gssapi-nec to enable these.
2009-01-25 | - Craig A West brought CURLOPT_NOPROXY and the corresponding --noproxy option. | Daniel Stenberg
They basically offer the same thing the NO_PROXY environment variable only offered previously: list a set of host names that shall not use the proxy even if one is specified.
2009-01-19 | 7.19.3 is out now | Daniel Stenberg
2009-01-13 | 213 - bug #2501457 "Timeouts not working with curl_multi_socket_action()" - | Daniel Stenberg
now put in KNOWN_BUGS as entry #62
2009-01-13 | Grant Erickson fixed timeouts for TFTP | Daniel Stenberg
2009-01-13 | - Michael Wallner fixed a NULL pointer deref when calling | Daniel Stenberg
curl_easy_setup(curl, CURLOPT_COOKIELIST, "SESS") on a CURL handle with no cookies data.
2009-01-13 | oops, the previous wasn't meant to get committed but since I did it I thought | Daniel Stenberg
I'd just as well enumerate the remainder and commit a "proper" looking one
2009-01-13 | - Stefan Teleman brought a patch to fix the default curlbuild.h file for the | Daniel Stenberg
SunPro compilers. | |||
2009-01-08 | "204 - Rob C's NSS fix" is done and since we enter feature freeze now I moved | Daniel Stenberg
the remaining three issues to next release since they are about new things and not just fixing bugs
2009-01-06 | four fresh items to deal with! | Daniel Stenberg
2008-12-29 | - Phil Lisiecki filed bug report #2413067 | Daniel Stenberg
(http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=2413067) that identified a problem that would cause libcurl to mark a DNS cache entry "in use" eternally if the subsequence TCP connect failed. It would thus never get pruned and refreshed as it should've been.
2008-12-25 | 193 removed, no work has been started on this and I personally don't care that | Daniel Stenberg
much about it | |||
2008-12-20 | 197 - IIS-bug in Digest | Daniel Stenberg
The curl tool parts are postponed to a later time 201 - "bug: header data output to the body callback function after set header" Was probably not a bug, I asked about it but I didn't get any response. 202 - "hangs up of application above libcurl" - problems with the multi_socket Fixes from Igor have been committed and there's currently no pending ones.
2008-12-12 | 196 is gone | Daniel Stenberg
2008-12-12 | - More work with Igor Novoseltsev to first fix the remaining stuff for | Daniel Stenberg
removing easy handles from multi handles when the easy handle is/was within a HTTP pipeline. His bug report #2351653 (http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=2351653) was also related and was eventually fixed by a patch by Igor himself.
2008-12-11 | Removed 200 as it wasn't a bug after all | Daniel Stenberg
Added 203 "dns cache memory leak and TTL failure after failed conn"
2008-12-09 | - Ken Hirsch simplified how libcurl does FTPS: now it doesn't assume any | Daniel Stenberg
particular state for the control connection like it did before for implicit FTPS (libcurl assumed such control connections to be encrypted while some FTPS servers such as FileZilla assumes such connections to be clear mode). Use the CURLOPT_USE_SSL option to set your desired level.
2008-12-08 | 195 - SIZE returning 550 must not abort the transfer | Daniel Stenberg
Fixed! | |||
2008-12-08 | one more | Daniel Stenberg
2008-12-08 | 192 - "infinite loop during GSS authentication" bug #2221237 | Daniel Stenberg
Fixed! | |||
2008-11-24 | 191 - "proposed patch for curl/libssh2 bugfix" | Daniel Stenberg
http://curl.haxx.se/mail/archive-2008-10/0000.html Done!
2008-11-19 | 194 - remove "Pragma: no-cache" from default HTTP requests | Daniel Stenberg
done! | |||
2008-11-13 | two more things for 7.19.3 | Daniel Stenberg
2008-11-11 | bump them all to 7.19.3 and remove some of the pending ones until they are | Daniel Stenberg
either sorted out or more/new details come up
2008-11-05 | 7.19.1 is now history | Daniel Stenberg
2008-11-04 | the pending bugs are now moved to next release | Daniel Stenberg
2008-11-01 | 183 - "libcurl issue with IPv6 and c-ares" | Daniel Stenberg
done! | |||
2008-10-31 | Cleaned up in preparation for release next week. I'd say the remaining bugs | Daniel Stenberg
risk getting postponed for 7.19.2.
2008-10-22 | removed four issues that had no action at all for the last four weeks or more | Daniel Stenberg
2008-10-21 | Fixed some problems with SFTP range support to fix test cases 634 through 637. | Dan Fandrich
2008-10-20 | All the coverity.com issues have no been taken care of. | Daniel Stenberg
2008-10-17 | 185 - CURLOPT_PROXYUSER etc | Daniel Stenberg
done! | |||
2008-10-15 | - Pascal Terjan filed bug #2154627 | Daniel Stenberg
(http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=2154627) which pointed out that libcurl uses strcasecmp() in multiple places where it causes failures when the Turkish locale is used. This is because 'i' and 'I' isn't the same letter so strcasecmp() on those letters are different in Turkish than in English (or just about all other languages). I thus introduced a totally new internal function in libcurl (called Curl_ascii_equal) for doing case insentive comparisons for english-(ascii?) style strings that thus will make "file" and "FILE" match even if the Turkish locale is selected.
2008-10-14 | Failing SFTP range tests cases 634 through 637 | Dan Fandrich
2008-10-14 | four additional pending issues | Daniel Stenberg
2008-10-08 | - Bug #2152270 (http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=2152270) identified and | Daniel Stenberg
fixed a CURLINFO_REDIRECT_URL memory leak and an additional wrong-doing: Any subsequent transfer with a redirect leaks memory, eventually crashing the process potentially. Any subsequent transfer WITHOUT a redirect causes the most recent redirect that DID occur on some previous transfer to still be reported.
2008-10-08 | 179 - "[PATCH] Colon in username" | Daniel Stenberg
was committed just now!
2008-10-07 | mention the other sf.net bug which does have a sort of fix mentioned | Daniel Stenberg
2008-10-07 | some additional classification of the entries | Daniel Stenberg
2008-10-07 | One fix for CURLINFO_PRIMARY_IP just went in which addressed at least one of | Daniel Stenberg
the concerns mentioned for 174 and the other guy hasn't returned so I remove the entry from here now.
2008-09-29 | 177 - "[Patch] Disable proxy support" was applied | Daniel Stenberg
2008-09-29 | - Ian Lynagh provided a patch that now makes CURLOPT_RANGE work fine for SFTP | Daniel Stenberg
downloads! | |||
2008-09-29 | 175 - "No info on REDIRECT_URL in multi-mode" by Max Ivanov is fixed! | Daniel Stenberg
2008-09-29 | three more patches in the pipe | Daniel Stenberg
2008-09-26 | more | Daniel Stenberg
2008-09-23 | 172 was applied, 173 is now being discussed | Daniel Stenberg
2008-09-23 | issue #171 is now in CVS | Daniel Stenberg
2008-09-22 | - Made the SOCKS code use the new Curl_read_plain() function to fix the bug | Daniel Stenberg
Markus Moeller reported: http://curl.haxx.se/mail/archive-2008-09/0016.html - recv() errors other than those equal to EAGAIN now cause proper CURLE_RECV_ERROR to get returned. This made test case 160 fail so I've now disabled it until we can figure out another way to exercise that logic.
2008-09-22 | removed issue #162 as mentioned on the mailing list ↵ | Daniel Stenberg
http://curl.haxx.se/mail/archive-2008-09/0086.html
2008-09-21 | #175 has a patch | Daniel Stenberg
