2007-12-02107 - resolve the type= thing for FTP URLs over HTTP proxies, is solvedDaniel Stenberg
2007-11-20While inspecting the Negotiate code, I noticed how the proxy auth was usingDaniel Stenberg
the same state struct as the host auth, so both could never be used at the same time! I fixed it (without being able to check) to use two separate structs to allow authentication using Negotiate on host and proxy simultanouesly.

2007-10-23Bug report #1812190 (http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=1812190) points outDaniel Stenberg
that libcurl tried to re-use connections a bit too much when using non-SSL protocols tunneled over a HTTP proxy.
2007-10-22removed 105, it is now assumed to be fixed!Daniel Stenberg

2007-10-22Removed 93 and 100, there's no work on these and they're not critical in anyDaniel Stenberg

2007-10-12added three serious bugs to fix before release, and marked the previous twoDaniel Stenberg
as subject for removal from this list (without any fix)
2007-10-07Known bug #47, which confused libcurl if doing NTLM auth over a proxy withDaniel Stenberg
a response that was larger than 16KB is now improved slightly so that now the restriction at 16KB is for the headers only and it should be a rare situation where the response-headers exceed 16KB. Thus, I consider #47 fixed and the header limitation is now known as known bug #48.
2007-10-03"97 - check ip callback", checkDaniel Stenberg

2006-12-06Sebastien Willemijns reported bug #1603712Daniel Stenberg
(http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=1603712) which is about connections getting cut off prematurely when --limit-rate is used. While I found no such problems in my tests nor in my reading of the code, I found that the --limit-rate code was severly flawed (since it was moved into the lib, since 7.15.5) when used with the easy interface and it didn't work as documented so I reworked it somewhat and now it works for my tests.

2006-10-12Jeff Pohlmeyer has been working with the hiperfifo.c example source code,Daniel Stenberg
and while doing so it became apparent that the current timeout system for the socket API really was a bit awkward since it become quite some work to be sure we have the correct timeout set. Jeff then provided the new CURLMOPT_TIMERFUNCTION that is yet another callback the app can set to get to know when the general timeout time changes and thus for an application like hiperfifo.c it makes everything a lot easier and nicer. There's a CURLMOPT_TIMERDATA option too of course in good old libcurl tradition.
2006-10-06Bogdan Nicula's hanging test case was converted to test case 533 and the testDaniel Stenberg
