2007-08-13Simplify and rename internal structure to avoid potential name clash with ↵Patrick Monnerat
LDAP header file.
2007-08-12Fixed the LDAP_DEPRECATED #define as suggested by Daniel Johnson, andDaniel Stenberg
indented some of the code to curl-style
2007-08-12disable LDAP since we can no longer compile due to header incompatiblities.Gunter Knauf
2007-08-11Allen Pulsifer provided a patch that makes libcurl set the expected downloadDaniel Stenberg
size earlier when doing HTTP downloads, so that applications and the progress meter etc know get the info earlier in the flow than before.
2007-08-11Patrick Monnerat modified the LDAP code and approach in curl. Starting now,Daniel Stenberg
the configure script checks for openldap and friends and we link with those libs just like we link all other third party libraries, and we no longer dlopen() those libraries. Our private header file lib/ldap.h was renamed to lib/curl_ldap.h due to this. I set a tag in CVS (curl-7_17_0-preldapfix) just before this commit, just in case.
2007-08-09fixed warning with gcc 4.x (hopefully); dynamincally imported ↵Gunter Knauf
UseAccurateCaseForPaths() for CLIB port to be stonetime-compatible (NW 3.x).

2007-08-07Fixed some icc compiler warnings.Dan Fandrich
2007-08-05Patrick Monnerat updated the _FORM_DEBUG-enabled code, and I updated commentsDaniel Stenberg
based on his comments/suggestions.
2007-08-04changed to use libssh2 0.16;Gunter Knauf
fixed link order in case libssh2 is build with zlib.
2007-08-04Patrick Monnerat fixed curl_easy_escape() and curlx_strtoll() to work onDaniel Stenberg
non-ASCII systems.
2007-08-04Fixed a couple of compiler warnings.Dan Fandrich
2007-08-03Refactored CreateConnection() somewhat to reduce its length by splittingDan Fandrich
it into a few new functions. Fixed a few leaks in out of memory conditions, including for test case 231.
2007-08-03some more makefile fixes/changes.Gunter Knauf
2007-08-03Start adding some expanded error conversion of libssh2 errors.James Housley
2007-08-03The previous commit to force the use of libssh2-0.16 by removingJames Housley
LIBSSH2_APINO
2007-08-03changed 'rm -f' to 'del /f' so it works without GnuUtils as Peteris Krumins ↵Gunter Knauf
pointed out; changed to use latest external libs.
2007-08-03remove left-over partly support for libssh2 0.14Daniel Stenberg
2007-08-03The SSH code now only works with libssh2 0.16 or later. Thus we must notDaniel Stenberg
release the next curl until there is a libssh2 0.16 released.
2007-08-02Scott Cantor filed bug report #1766320Daniel Stenberg
(http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=1766320) pointing out that the libcurl code accessed two curl_easy_setopt() options (CURLOPT_DNS_CACHE_TIMEOUT and CURLOPT_DNS_USE_GLOBAL_CACHE) as ints even though they're documented to be passed in as longs, and that makes a difference on 64 bit architectures.
2007-08-02Fixed a compiler warning.Dan Fandrich
2007-08-02Patrick Monnerat's cleanup fix after my alloc-strings commitDaniel Stenberg
2007-08-02Dmitriy Sergeyev reported a regression: resumed file:// transfers brokeDaniel Stenberg
after 7.16.2. This is much due to the different treatment file:// gets internally, but now I added test 231 to make it less likely to happen again without us noticing!
2007-08-02argh, Greg Morse pointed out that the NTLM POST fix only worked if VERBOSEDaniel Stenberg
was set, this should make it work for all cases!
2007-08-01Patrick Monnerat and I modified libcurl so that now it *copies* all stringsDaniel Stenberg
passed to it with curl_easy_setopt()! Previously it has always just refered to the data, forcing the user to keep the data around until libcurl is done with it. That is now history and libcurl will instead clone the given strings and keep private copies.
2007-08-01Greg Morse reported a problem with POSTing using ANYAUTH to a server requiringDaniel Stenberg
NTLM, and he provided test code and a test server and we worked out a bug fix. We failed to count sent body data at times, which then caused internal confusions when libcurl tried to send the rest of the data in order to maintain the same connection alive. (and then I did some minor reformatting of code in lib/http.c)
2007-07-30Patrick Monnerat restored qssl successful compilation and loadingDaniel Stenberg
2007-07-30Properly set USE_SSL on OS/400Dan Fandrich
2007-07-30Fixed compiler warning on non-SSL buildsDan Fandrich
2007-07-29Bug report #1759542 (http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=1759542). A bad useDaniel Stenberg
of a socket after it has been closed, when the FTP-SSL data connection is taken down.
2007-07-27added missing part for the qsossl supportDaniel Stenberg
2007-07-24Removed unused variable.Dan Fandrich
2007-07-23#if that should be #ifdefDaniel Stenberg
2007-07-23Implemented the parts of Patrick Monnerat's OS/400 patch that introducesDaniel Stenberg
support for the OS/400 Secure Sockets Layer library
2007-07-23Implemented only the parts of Patrick Monnerat's OS/400 patch that renamedDan Fandrich
some few internal identifiers to avoid conflicts, which could be useful on other platforms.
2007-07-22HTTP Digest auth fix on a re-used connectionDaniel Stenberg
2007-07-21Make the pointers of a few static const arrays const, too, for safety.Dan Fandrich
2007-07-20Ralf S. Engelschall filed bug report #1757328Daniel Stenberg
(http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=1757328) and submitted a patch. It turns out we broke login to FTP servers that don't require (nor understand) PASS after the USER command
2007-07-20Fix a loop with PWDJames Housley
2007-07-20Made some const arrays static to avoid unnecessary stack usage.Dan Fandrich
2007-07-18As has been pointed out, err_msg should not be freed here. The actualJames Housley
issue is in libssh2 and not freeing a dynamic error message during cleanup.
2007-07-17Jofell Gallardo posted a libcurl log using FTP that exposed a bug which madeDaniel Stenberg
a control connection that was deemed "dead" to yet be re-used in a following request. We must make sure the connection gets closed on this situation.
