This is already added by the test suite; it's not clear why all these
tests had it, unless it's cargo-culting.

The tftpd test server now logs all received options and thus all TFTP
test cases need to match them exactly.
Extended test 283 to use and verify --tftp-blksize.

used (test case 561)
Added tests 561 and 1092 through 1094 to test various combinations
of ;type= and ;mode= URLs that could potentially fail in the Turkish
locale.
