2007-01-23	Convert (most of) the test data files into genuine XML. A handful still	Dan Fandrich
	are not, due mainly to the lack of support for XML character entities (e.g. & => & ). This will make it easier to validate test files using tools like xmllint, as well as edit and view them using XML tools.
2006-08-19	Based on a patch by Armel Asselin, the FTP code no longer re-issues the TYPE	Daniel Stenberg
	command on subsequent requests on a re-used connection unless it has to.
2004-02-27	Joe Halpin made the FTP code send 'QUIT' on the control connection before	Daniel Stenberg
	it disconnects the TCP connection, like a good ftp client should!
