	Now FILE transfers send headers to the header callback like HTTP and other protocols. Also made curl_easy_getinfo(...CURLINFO_PROTOCOL...) work for FILE in the callbacks. Makes "curl -i file://.." and "curl -I file://.." work like before again. Applied the bold header logic to them too. 2018-08-31	Don't use Windows path %PWD for SSH tests	Marcel Raad
	All these tests failed on Windows because something like sftp://%HOSTIP:%SSHPORT%PWD/ expanded to sftp://127.0.0.1:1234c:/msys64/home/bla/curl and then curl complained about the port number ending with a letter. Use the original POSIX path instead of the Windows path created in checksystem to fix this. Closes https://github.com/curl/curl/pull/2920

	The tftpd test server now logs all received options and thus all TFTP test cases need to match them exactly. Extended test 283 to use and verify --tftp-blksize.
