CURLE_AGAIN, handle incomplete send). Improve the documentation
for curl_easy_recv() and curl_easy_send().

76 private header files renamed to use our standard naming scheme.
This change affects 322 files in libcurl's source tree.

generate them.

code header, which includes basic info, a copyright statement and some
basic disclaimers.
