2006-05-27reverted the previous .libs check for libs, but instead make mingw32 buildsDaniel Stenberg
more similar to other configure builds (== use .la for libext and no binext)
2006-05-25better check for libs created in the .libs directory since libtool does thisDaniel Stenberg
kind of magic
2006-05-24make sure we pass a time_t * to localtime(), and the timeval struct membersDaniel Stenberg
are not always time_t ones
2006-05-24based on Tor Arntsen's fix, this should correct test case 271 to again runDaniel Stenberg
fine
2006-05-111 - allow much longer time for the test FTP server to startup and get verifiedDaniel Stenberg
2 - store the time it took to verify it and allow that time to be used as %FTPTIME[23] in command lines to allow us to adjust better to slow hosts since test 190 failed on my slow solaris machine just because it hadn't gotten time to run all the way the test assumed all machines would reach before the time-out elapsed.
2006-05-10My Solaris test server was simply too slow to be able to respond within 4Daniel Stenberg
seconds even when everything is fine! Now we allow a test server 8 seconds to respond to still be considered ok.
2006-05-10removed variable declarations shadowing previously declared variablesDaniel Stenberg
2006-04-26David McCreedy brought line end conversions when doing FTP ASCIIDaniel Stenberg
transfers. They are done on non-windows systems and translate CRLF to LF.
2006-04-10if configure found a fork(), sws supports --fork which is *NOT* used by theDaniel Stenberg
ordinary test suite. Also removed the perror() calls and instead made the logging output the errno code to ease error tracking using logs.
2006-04-10output the exit code from stunnel to stderr in case it is non-zeroDaniel Stenberg
2006-04-10support --fork and pass that on to swsDaniel Stenberg
2006-04-10Scan for 'stunnel4' before 'stunnel' since debian have them setup this wayDaniel Stenberg
and it should break most other systems. The "funny" part is that debian actually have a 'stunnel' setup to simulate stunnel v3 but it breaks our own stunnel-version-detect-and-adjust-to-it system. Added initial support for optionally running servers with fork support.
2006-04-10Use correct content-length. Found out by patching the libcurl read to onlyDaniel Stenberg
read one byte at a time...
2006-04-05cut off a bit more of the type-2 ntlm message since it differs betweenDaniel Stenberg
hosts
2006-04-05Michele Bini modified the NTLM code to work for his "weird IIS case"Daniel Stenberg
(http://curl.haxx.se/mail/lib-2006-02/0154.html) by adding the NTLM hash function in addition to the LM one and making some other adjustments in the order the different parts of the data block are sent in the Type-2 reply. Inspiration for this work was taken from the Firefox NTLM implementation. I edited the existing 21(!) NTLM test cases to run fine with these news. Due to the fact that we now properly include the host name in the Type-2 message the test cases now only compare parts of that chunk.
2006-03-28#1451929 (http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=1451929) detailed a bug thatDaniel Stenberg
occurred when asking libcurl to follow HTTP redirects and the original URL had more than one question mark (?). Added test case 276 to verify.
2006-03-03If run on a curl built shared, detect this and invoke libtool for gdbDaniel Stenberg
accordingly.
2006-03-03added test524Daniel Stenberg
2006-03-03Prevent uploading to a URL that has no file name part.Daniel Stenberg
2006-02-25Fix typo.Gisle Vanem
2006-02-22Fixed test case 57 (KNOWN_BUG #18)Dan Fandrich
2006-02-18Ulf Härnhammar fixed a format string (printf style) problem in the NegotiateDaniel Stenberg
code. It should however not be the cause of any troubles. He also fixed a few similar problems in the HTTP test server code.
2006-02-06how silly, the cookie expired! ;-)Daniel Stenberg
2006-01-24Michal Marek provided a patch for FTP that makes libcurl continue to try PASVDaniel Stenberg
even after EPSV returned a positive response code, if libcurl failed to connect to the port number the EPSV response said. Obviously some people are going through protocol-sensitive firewalls (or similar) that don't understand EPSV and then they don't allow the second connection unless PASV was used. This also called for a minor fix of test case 238.
2006-01-19Duane Cathey was one of our friends who reported that curl -P [IP]Daniel Stenberg
(CURLOPT_FTPPORT) didn't work for ipv6-enabed curls if the IP wasn't a "native" IP while it works fine for ipv6-disabled builds! In the process of fixing this, I removed the support for LPRT since I can't think of many reasons to keep doing it and asking on the mailing list didn't reveal anyone else that could either. The code that sends EPRT and PORT is now also a lot simpler than before (IMHO).
2006-01-16David Shaw finally removed all traces of Gopher and we are now officiallyDaniel Stenberg
not supporting it. It hasn't been functioning for years anyway, so this is just finally stating what already was true. And a cleanup at the same time.
2006-01-13Andrew Benham fixed a race condition in the test suite that could cause theDaniel Stenberg
test script to kill all processes in the current process group!
2006-01-09Made the copyright year match the latest modification's year.Daniel Stenberg
2006-01-04modified output to prevent the autobuild system to trap on the 'FAILED' outputDaniel Stenberg
mistaking it for an actual failed test case
2006-01-03Added remake of the arpa/tftp.h file to make the TFTP server build on systemsDaniel Stenberg
without the real header file.
2006-01-03killed trailing whitespaceDaniel Stenberg
2006-01-03Andres Garcia made the TFTP test server build with mingw ("I also had to copyDaniel Stenberg
the 'tftp.h' file from a linux box, since it doesn't come with mingw.")
2006-01-03modified to hush compiler warningsDaniel Stenberg
2006-01-021. sws now supports two new "commands" and 2. if built withDaniel Stenberg
CURL_SWS_FORK_ENABLED defined it forks for each new connection and thus can support any amount of connection clients (used for hiper tests and not for the standard plain curl test suite)
2005-12-19Fixed lcc compiler warnings.Dan Fandrich
2005-12-18Cleanup windows header includes. Where aplicable, inclusion ofYang Tse
windows.h winsock.h winsock2.h ws2tcpip.h is done in setup.h
2005-12-13Log CPPFLAGS environment variable along with the others.Dan Fandrich
2005-12-13Fixed some compiler warnings on lcc.Dan Fandrich
2005-12-08Fix compiler warningYang Tse
2005-12-08If unable to get curl's version, log all failure details.Yang Tse
2005-12-06Yang Tse: fixed compiler warningDaniel Stenberg
2005-12-06Yang Tse: With last change logging directory needs to be created sooner.Daniel Stenberg
2005-12-05Yang Tse: make runtests.pl more talkative when unable to find out curl'sDaniel Stenberg
version.
2005-12-05Another Yang Tse warning cleanup raid!Daniel Stenberg
2005-11-10modified to the new error text for range errorDaniel Stenberg
2005-10-30test 275 makes a CONNECT through a proxy and then gets two pages from theDaniel Stenberg
same server
2005-10-27Nis Jorgensen filed bug report #1338648Daniel Stenberg
(http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=1338648) which really is more of a feature request, but anyway. It pointed out that --max-redirs did not allow it to be set to 0, which then would return an error code on the first Location: found. Based on Nis' patch, now libcurl supports CURLOPT_MAXREDIRS set to 0, or -1 for infinity. Added test case 274 to verify.
2005-10-20Dave Dribin made libcurl understand and handle cases when the serverDaniel Stenberg
(wrongly) sends *two* WWW-Authenticate headers for Digest. While this should never happen in a sane world, libcurl previously got into an infinite loop when this occurred. Dave added test 273 to verify this.
2005-10-05added test case 272 for -z download over FTP when the timestamp is identicalDaniel Stenberg
to the remote one
2005-09-30fixed the proper path to the tftpd serverDaniel Stenberg
