CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md: added
Just to underscore how we treat each other in this project. Nothing new really, but could be useful for newcomers and outsiders to see our values.

+Contributor Code of Conduct

+As contributors and maintainers of this project, we pledge to respect all
+people who contribute through reporting issues, posting feature requests,

+We are committed to making participation in this project a harassment-free
